My experience was great as l was contacted by one of the employees to confirm my method of payment as l had put bank transfer and they wanted to ensure that l had not done so in error.
This employee then offered me additional support encouragement and information with respect to my relative’s case and has advised me that he will continually be on hand for any queries l may have or support l may require in the future.
